PK fitting and prediction
Noncompartmental Analysis (NCA) is a widely used method in pharmacokinetics (PK) to evaluate drug exposure without relying on assumptions about the physiological compartments in the body. Instead, it directly uses concentration-time data to compute key pharmacokinetic parameters. NCA is particularly useful in early-stage drug development and clinical studies for its simplicity and efficiency.
